Vastu constultancy is done for existing building and for new constructions.

VASTU FOR EXISTING BUILDINGS
For an existing building a preliminary survey is conducted ( which includes an accurate layout of the building with complete interior details and exterior topographical features). This is done to ascertain whether the building has Vastu doshas or not. Vastu corrections are recommended only if the building is the cause for any problems. The required Vastu corrections are divided into phases. Depending on the gravity of the problems, the priority and procedure of the remedies are set. The remedies are then applied and the results are evaluated at each stage.

FOR NEW CONSTRUCTIONS :
For new constructions, Vastu principles are applied right from the selection of the perfect site to the plannning and designing of the building. The Arcitectural team at the Vastu Centre encorporates each requirement in accordence to vastu-perfect planning. A complete set of architectural drawings are provided complimentry so as to ensure that each Vastu-based requirement is clear to the architect and contractor. The building is checked at variour stages of construction to make sure that the building does not develop any Vastu doshas. The planning, designing, furniture layout, interior design, colour schemes and the position of each object are recommended as per Vastu compliance norms.
